Recordings are privately available online anytime with a link provided and we also send you the file on a memory stick for your own safe keeping.

We want to ensure you are delighted with your legacy video so we check in to see how you feel about the recording, and there is always the option to book another session if you feel like adding more to your story.

We send your finished video Memoir through a private and secure download link ready to share with your family at your discretion.
All our memoirs include a full text transcript of the interview and a free usb stick drive with the finished recording, all sent to you in the post.
